Jamie has more than 20 years of hard-won experience in the food industry, from restaurant chefing to managing corporate lunchrooms, to event catering small and large. 		MICHELLE LEWIN Michelle doesn’t cook; she just knows enough to hang out with the guys who do. When she’s not running the administrative show behind the scenes at the cafe, Michelle has a career as an arts consultant and writer.
